I am franchising an application for iPhone from an internet game, and I have to pay royalties to the owner of the patent (50% of profits). All profits from the app will be transferred into my British bank account, and then I will send him 50% of the money made. He lives in America, and would prefer not to have to pay British tax, and so is there a way to not declare the money for UK tax before I give him his cut?
Thanks
