Dear all,

I am making exercises to improve my accounting abilities (and ofcourse to learn more about accounting), however I am making mistakes. Could some tell me what the cash flow is in May?

I have included my calculations and the assignment as attachments. My answer: the cash flow of month May is 14 000. But this is incorrect, could someone point me to the right direction?

Thanks!

Your solution is almost correct. The only error is that depreciation is not a cash-flow item.

Hence the actual cash flow for May is 19,000.
