Are you sure that item exists in HQ? Are you using the exact item to test with in the other stores?
Maybe HQ was busy and timed out.

HQ was successfully contact but didnt not have any information about
the item.
this is coming up at one store from a branch of 5 whereby all the
other locations are working fine, from a configuration point of view
its setup correctly and as the message suggests it can contact HQ
fine.....
has anyone experienced this error?....
