"Discretionary Spending" group in Budget

Hello,

I have never found "Budget" very easy to use in Money - it is too laborious
to mensually "balance" all my categories, many of which have irregular
annual spending or one-off purchases which I don't plan for.

For me, an easier way to use Budget would to have all bills and essential
spending separated into budget categories, but then just have one large
group for all categories which are discretionary and irregular. I would,
however, still like to categorise this discretionary spending.

Is this possible?
