Manual Tax Tables for Quickbooks?

Peachtree lets you manually enter tax tables. Is this possible in
Quickbooks?

If you purchase Quickbooks every year, you will receive the updated tax tables. Otherwise, you will have to enter payroll items and manually enter the withholding.
