MFS vs ING vs TIAA/CREF vs ADP-401k - what would you do?

Since I have changed jobs quite a few times I have 401k accounts with ING, ADP 401k, and MFS. I also have an IRA with TIAA/CREF. I am currently contributing to MFS. I have about $5,000 in each of the four accounts.

If it were you would you roll all the accounts into one? Or should I keep them separate? I have no idea what the best strategy is. Maybe I should roll all the inactive 401k accounts into the TIAA/CREF IRA? Are there tax consequences to that? I am also looking for a site where I can compare fees that these particular investment companies charge to their clients. I have not found a good site to compare investment companies. Of the companies I mentioned, which do you think is best? I know it is a somewhat loaded question but this is not my area of expertise at all. Please help.

Tom

I've been using Scottrade and they've been good.
