They should pay the full amount, keeping £4 is their idea of covering admin
costs, they are not supposed to do that, but no one complains about it. The
£15 a week is supposed to cover your food costs, thats £3 a day to buy
lunch. Fares are seperate.

They sent him on placement so they have to pay his fares. If they wont pay,
he must put a complaint in writing to the manager of A4e, telling them he
cant afford to go on placements until they sort his fares out. They should
see sense, then again, knowing that lot, they will want to make a federal
case out of it.
Normally I would say smash the place up and tell them to **** off, and
refuse to go on placements as the cunts wont pay the fares, that would work
just as well, but I have calmed down a bit since I was last on A4e,
sanctimonious bastards the lot of them.
