Quicken 2011 - investment balances at $0

Recently several of my 401k and investment accounts have begun to total $0 in both cash balance and market value. If I look at the register I see the actual values (or can calculate them). I have deleted the accounts and recreated them but get the same results.

I confess - I am not an accountant by education nor trade.

Please help!
