How to Report unpaid wages claim

My ex employer refused to pay for my last week and I filed a claim for unpaid wages with DOL.

Wages were recovered and the check was issued by DOL. I got my w2 form, however, it does not include the amount for my last week.

I did not get 1099 MISC from my ex employer or DOL.

How and where do I report the amount I received for unpaid wages claim that was only for the wages earned?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question but that certainly sounds like an un-fun situation that you have there! I hope somebody can tell you!
