Retirement Calculations

How can I use PV function in Excel to derive amount needed at the time
of retirement?
Assume years in retirement 35,
Post retirement return 6 pa,
Inflation 4 pa,
Required income 5000 pm.

ps: I know how to do this using NPV function but very specifically
need to use PV.
