Service Tax registration information In India(Bangalore)

Hi,

Friends,

I am shahid doing home based software/Web development/Hosting and
Domain registration work at home so far i use to manage to do work and
get clients easily now days all my new clients are asking me to submit
Invoice / Bill of what they done work with me so can anybody tell me
what are things required to do service tax registration and how much
does this cost in Bangalore to make this certificate

according my business my turnover would be less then 2lack per annum.
so can any body tell me how can i fill returns if i dont get business
i mean to fill nill.....more ever i have other problem here bcos i am
leaving india by this month so can i do tax return work from abroad

It depends on your residential status. If you are a resident all
incomes earned globally are taxable. Therefore the same needs to be
included in the return. However if any tax is paid on that income in
the foreign country, you will get credit for the same.
