Stock price not working

I tried posting on Intuit's Quicken chat group, but there were no
answers. Can someone tell me how to get Intuit's attention?

The problem is that no price is coming in for Fidelity MA Muni Bond
Fund (FDMMX). There is nothing in the price history and Quicken is
using $0.00 for calculations.

I'm using Q 2011 H&B. I just created a dummy account & pulled
historicals for FDMMX for 1 year.

Have you tried clearing the symbol out & re-entering it?

When I entered the symbol from scratch, it imported the Sec. Name as
"Fidelity Massachusetts Municipal Income Fund".

Before doing anything fancy, I'd go over to the Security List to be sure
that the 'download quote' is checked.
