Hi
I'm new to the forum and joined so I could try to get a better insight into accounting.
I'm currently working in a role to do with unit trusts, however i'm currently looking into accounting as a career.
I know there's a lot of competition around as I did an international business degree with an accounting module as opposed to an accounting degree, however I'm just wondering if anyone can offer some advice/insight into what it's actually like to work in the accounting industry.
Also with no accounting experience what would be the best route in? I was looking at the CFAB to then go on to the ACA..?
If you could take a few minutes to get back to me it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
