Hi,

Please can someone advise where, on the Trial Balance I put a Bank Account that can't be touched?

It is for the guarantee of credit cards etc for the business so I don't think it classifies as Cash in Bank - but could possibly fit in Other Current Assets. (but it will hold a small amount of cash in it)

I have combed google but have had no luck on finding any information

Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "for the guarantee of credit cards etc". Is it just so that there's always going to be money to pay credit card bills or something like that? If so, then it is still just cash in bank in the accounts.

It's still cash even if restricted for use.
