Cost basis of stock in inherited coop

My mother and I own stock in a coop apartment. It is titled as JTWROS. She contributed 100% of the purchase price. The state is California if that is relevant. She past away. My question is what is my cost basis as the sole beneficiary I intend to sell the apartment. Thanks...................
