Just wondering how many people on here are from the UK and a bit about them, such as are you a student or a professional at work and what sort of things you do as an accountant?

I am from Hertfordshire, UK. And I am a qualified Accountant and VAT specialist.

^Small world. I am in Bedfordshire. I am a Financial Controller for a Hertfordshire based company. Completed my CIMA qualification in 2015. Over the past year I have really immersed myself in VAT and partial exemption - very tough going!

I'm from London in the UK. Retired accountant, but I still get the nightmares and flashbacks :)
