I've been trying to find out if it's possible to exclude the invoice
memo field from the customer statement invoice descriptions. I
searched this newsgroup, QuickBooks help and the QuickBooks manual and
didn't find any way to do it.

    Thanks,

If you don't have the option by going to Create Statements then using the
Customize template option (IOW Memo isn't listed in the rows or columns)
then you'll probably have to customize your invoice by going the same route
and removing the checkbox for "print" under memo. I tried to edit the
statement in my software but since I don't have the memo checked for
printing in the invoice, it automatically excludes it from printing on the
statement. You can also try to create a new statement template from the
    customization window.

You can always mark the box and text as colour white.
