I am not able to download my transactions from SunTrust as it says my 2006
Standard Edition OEM is expired - all I use it for is very basic bill pay and
transaction downloading and tracking...what is my CHEAPEST option.

Can I just upgrade to just Money Essentials and do this?

Money Essentials (MEss) will NOT upgrade your pre-existing data file from
"Real Money". If you use just about any feature from you M06, you likely
won't find that feature in MEss. Upgrading to Money Plus Deluxe is one
    possibility for you.

Money Essentials will not be able to open your existing data file, so I
doubt you will be satisfied. I recommend Money Deluxe. It's the current
equivalent of the version you have now.

You can download evaluation versions from the Microsoft web site. Do
your testing on copies of your real data file.

  4. Your CHEAPEST option is to continue to use M2006. You will have to go to
SunTrust's site and set up your bill pays there (assuming they offer this
service, almost all banks do). You will also have to enter your checking
transactions manually and confirm them on the SunTrust website or when you
get your printed statement. Except for downloading and uploading (bill pay)
of transactions via Money, M2006 will continue to be fully functional.
