    Hello...

Looking for the way to stamp an invoice as "PAID" w/ the payment date on the
invoice (a 'la Quickbooks). My accountant needs to see what day the invoice
was paid, and w/ SBA I've been having to handwrite this information.

    Thanks!

  2. Hi N2,
There is no option to watermark an invoice as paid.
You can use a Report. Customer transaction history. Select the date range
for the report, use the filter option / transaction type / selected types /
customer payment. This will show when the invoice(s) were paid for the date
range you selected. Print the report. You can also save this report with a
specific name, for the next time you need it.

You could also export the invoice to Word then add the Watermark there
although it is a bit of a hassle, not sure why they just don't add that
feature, or at least when you print it after you have received payment have a
field for total owed and have that equal $0. Seems like something that should
be on any application that supports an invoice. Just as some other simple
things like spell check in the invoice which I have not seen or have been
    able to find yet.

Thanks for yet one more work around Chris! MOA is no features and instead
is comprised of "workarounds" for everything. If if it sounds like I am
becoming a Troll... it is because I am. Everytime I open MOA I become
angered at the utter lack of features and how it was sold to me.

This thing does not even have the most BASIC of invoicing features. Period!
Gee maybe we can VOTE on them. Nonsense.

  5. I find this troubling as well. I would prefer that invoices that have had a
payment applied be marked paid at a minimum. I would also like to see an
option to include all payments made to an invoice.

I may have to go back to QuickBooks until this is resolved. My client more
    or less demands it.

    Phooey.
