If you have work done for you by company X in South Africa, your payment made out to Company X proves you have paid off your obligation.
So , if you go and pay company Y in Mauritius, you will NOT have the proof of having paid your obligation to Company X.
So , if you go and pay company Y in Mauritius, you will NOT have the proof of having paid your obligation to Company X.
