Hi guys,
A. Please help to understand how to calculate statutory holiday payment for a permanent/ full time employee (37.5 hours/week) leaving company in mid year. Example : Company holiday year is January to December. Annual leave entitlement 25 days. Employee last date 30/04/2016.
B. Please also suggest per day calculation.
1. 1/365x Annual salary
or
2. Weekly salary = Annual salary /52 weeks
per day salary = Weekly salary/5 days
I have gone through Government website for statutory pay but don't know which option to select for a full time employee
