USA Trust as Estate under 645

My wife and I had a Revoc Trust which mandated creation of a By-Pass on first death. She has just died and I am applying for an EID for new trust. Should Trust Filing as an Estate box be checked? The new trust will have about $650K assets (1/2 of Rev Trust total)
