UK £250 charge for filing Dormant accounts

Hello,

I agreed with my accountant to pay him £750/year £62.5 per month for filing my annual accounts. My company didn't have almost any trading activity in the first year of trading so my accountant has decided to file Dormant accounts. He wants additional £250 for this. I found it ridiculous as dormant accounts take no time to do at all it seems to be a form that takes 5 minutes to fill. Is there any other work to it or did he rip me off? I have seen some websites doing it for £25.He says that he will have to do more work in my next finantial year as he will have to include the sales and purchases from my previous year.
