I need help please how to calculate the 10% Wear % Tear. I have a furnished flat rented and paid for all utility bills.
To work out 10% wear & tear, from gross rent; do I need to deduct the Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water Rate, Tv Licence & Building Insurance to arrive the net rent?
Any help is very much appreciated.
