USA 1098-E form

I am filing my taxes late and do not have the 1048E form that shows how much interest I paid on student loan--who do I go to to get it for 2010--Sally Mae does not have it. I need this form to finish filing my taxes!

According to IRS Topic 456 - Student Loan Interest Deduction, you will receive a 1098E if you paid $600 or more on a qualified student loan interest.
