About Gleim CMA/CFM materials

Hello there, I will be taking the upcoming exams diet. Should I buy the whole part? The CMA website said the exams can be taken anytime on the internet. I work in an overseas CPA firm, and I figure out it will cost less for shipping if I order all in one shipment.
Any pointer?

IMHO Gleim materials are the best value for money on the accounting exam
prep market - if you have the iron self-discipline do study them.

To get the best "deal", have Gleim ship the entire set to a U.S. address
and have the friend at that address to forward them to you by
U.S. surface mail (delivery abroad can take up to 8 weeks) or U.S. air
parcel post (much fast but pricey).

Yes, particularly with the software.

will evaluate my non-us degree before I attemp their exams.

Hope it all works out fine.

AFAIK Gleim just provide materials, they do not administer exams.
However, the materials include very detailed information and forms on
how to register for the exams. Don't get spooked by US degree
requirements. Most countries I know think their degrees and educational
systems are great and others are rubbish, thus keeping down unwelcome
competition by mutual non-recognition of degrees. Just list the number
of lecture hours and the subjects you took and claim that your degree or
qualification is equivalent to a "bachelor's". Generally, in my
experience most European higher professional qualifications considerably
exceed US "bachelor" requirements. BTW individual US States have CPA
licence requirements which very (or used to vary) significantly. Some
States, e. g. Delaware, have (or had) favourable requirements for non-US
citizens acquiring CPA licensing.

Thanks Mr. Meyers. In IMA's website, the office is in Montvale. What's the
requirement is like in Montvale?

The CMA exam is different from the CPA in that there is no additional
state licensing. So if you plan to prepare for the CMA, you will not be
in the state licensing loop. That removes a level of complexity. The
Gleim materials explain educational requirements for the CMA exam. So
does the IMA.

The most important thing to keep in mind is: diligent hard work.
