Account Question

I just loaded Quicken 2005 and then downloaded my account from the bank. I
see three numbers at the bottom: on-line balance, current balance and ending
balance. I have had no transactions on the account, just a download from
the bank to start the account. Can someone tell me why there are three
different figures at the bottom of the register - an on-line balance (which
is correct), an ending balance (which is wrong), and a current balance
(which is also wrong)?

I can't speak to the correctness of the balances, but it is like this:

On-line balance - downloaded from your Financial Institution.

Ending balance - the balance at the latest date their is a transaction in
your Quicken register (ie. the amount in the "balance" column right at the
bottom of the register).

Current Balance - the balance on today's date (ie. the balance just above
the line with the greyed-out future transactions).
