I would like to ask if anyone knows the practical use of accounting system comparison. In my thesis I compared UK GAAP and Czech accounting standards. I came to several conclusions regarding history, system, legislative, purpose, etc. Problem is, I do not know what would be the practical use of this information, furthermore, how does it come out with respect to financial reports.
