Accounting for Church donations

I am volunteering for the finance department of a growing church, and I would
like help setting up Microsoft Small Business Accounting to manage the
church's finance. I need to know how to record tithes and offerings, and how
to setup the different expenses. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
