Position Title: Accounting Manager

Position Summary:

This position is dedicated to working on a Fund Management Team with
fund management, financial reporting, and supervisory
responsibilities. The fund team is in charge of quarterly reporting of
a $400 million effort. The fund
is comprised of approximately 50 investors, including some of the
largest institutional investors in the world as well as leading banks
and high net worth individuals from around the world.



Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist in the preparation and review of the fund's quarterly
financial reporting process;

· Book journal entries/prepare financial statements for fund
entities;

· Supervise a dedicated team in the preparation of quarterly
reporting process and assist in managing year end audit process;

· Interact with fund investment professionals on a daily basis
to aid in closings of investment purchases and dispositions of
existing investments;

· Assist with ad-hoc reporting on the performance of the fund
in various Client publications and presentations;

· Interact with investors on a daily basis and often produce
and analyze a variety of ad-hoc investor reports;

· Assist with fundraising process as new funds are formed and
for co-investment opportunities;

· Manage the use of bridge loans and monitor repayments;

· Work with tax advisors to oversee the completion of fund tax
returns and other tax documents ensuring they are prepared and filed
on a timely basis;

· Monitor the legal compliance with various agreements and
arrangements;

· Train and mentor staff accountants; and

· Other reasonably related duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications:

· Accounting degree required

· Strong financial reporting background required

· Minimum of 5-6 years accounting experience required

· Proficient Microsoft Office skills

· Self-Starter

· Strong interpersonal skills a must.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must

· Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
