Active-Proposal to strike off

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me with this.

Someone recently asked me about the consequences of Companies House status 'Active-Proposal to strike off'. He opened the company in Dec 2012 and hasn't submitted first annual return yet. The company is continuing business and does not have an accountant. Now the director wants to submit Annual return and start employing an accountant. What should he do now to remove the status from 'Active-Proposal to strike off' to 'Active'?
