We are a UK ltd company, vat registered and need to invoice a company in waterford eire for some 'harvesting' of a crop performed in Waterford.
The other company is vat registered - do i charge vat and at what rate please?
I think i charge vat as we have performed a service, rather than exported something, but then the service performed is 'land related' so I'm really unsure as to how to proceed.
