How can i add this newsgroup to microsoft outlook express??

Easiest way would be to click on this link:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.uk.money - if Outlook express
is your default newsreader, then it will open up the group in it. Not sure
if you would then need to subscribe (by rightclicking on the group name),
but you'll be seeing it in Outlook Express
