Hi, I would try this
1) Maybe there is a report that you are NOT getting that summarizes things for you already. So ask and even see if you can get in touch with the folks sending the report
2) Further on that - it may be that the folks sending the report - besides sending PDFs can send out an electronic (Excel or csv) file that will be faster for you to work with.
