USA agriculture "waver" in California

I can't find any information on the tax waver for agricultural land in California. I know there is one but I forget it's name. I am looking to find someone who wants the tax break in exchange for use of their land for me to farm. Someone was on craigslist wishing to have someone farm there land so they could glean the tax advantage. I should have jumped at it.

I only need the name as I can do research into it but any extra info would be super helpful. I am a farmer not accountant.

There is a property tax break in California called the Williamson Act Program. Is that the one you are looking for?
