Any business "investment" account recommendations? (NOT Santander)

I have a long established business and would like to open a "savings"
account with another bank.

One reason for opening this is so that accounts staff cannot see my
personal drawings. I would simply move money to/from this account
myself and its correspondence address would be my home address.

It would be good to get some interest on the balances too, though of
course these days it won't be much.

Nationwide pulled the plug on their business banking back in February.

Alliance & Leicester have an announcement on their telephone line that
they are about to do the same (they will transfer them to Santander).

I f*cking hate Santander because everything they touch seems to turn
to sh*t. They took over Abbey, who have totally c0cked up a multiple
ISA transfer which I am managing for my elderly mother; the papers
have been back and forth several times, with a total dickhead dealing
with it each time. They took over Cater Allen who took exception to my
request to open a business account and summarily closed my personal
accounts with them without giving a reason (then repeatedly upgraded
them and closed them again, showing what a bunch of disorganised
bankers they are). But Santander seem to be everywhere these days...

I got onto Barclays and HSBC but neither of them makes it easy to open
a bloody bank account. One needs to book an appointment with a
business manager....

And you don't think that the company's accounts should reflect your
personal drawings and this account's balance?

The published accounts will, of course. But very few employees are
going to be acquiring published accounts; also I think the accounts
for a small company (under 1M T/O) don't show directors salaries and
divis.
