anyone have experience with chapter 7 and income taxes

My tax attorney says they are old enough that I can get rid of the debt in
chapter 7?? Anyone have any knowledge of this? Bankruptcy attorney told me
the IRS is one of the easier debtees to deal with?

Assuming the taxes were filed more than 3 years ago and assessed more than
240 days ago, they are a general unsecured creditor.
