UK Are Royalties payable part of trade payables?

I have done a little research on the topic of whether royalties payable should be part of trade accounts payables or not? The topic seems a little unclear and I have not found any definitive answers. Does anyone know if thi shas been specifically addressed anywhere in either IASB or FASB statements or any general consensus?
