automatic category assignment.

When I'm downloading from my bank, Money 2003 will automatically place a previous used category for a particular transaction. Like, I'll import a POS transaction from my checking account card, for say, dinner, and it'll assign the category of bills/electricity, or it will place a split transaction from a previous transaction to that one, and often times the split transaction will not even equal the amount of the newly imported transaction
How do I force money not to assign a category by itself to imported transactions

It won't do this if you turn off AutoComplete under Tools, Options, Editing.

this didnt seem to work
I just downloaded several transactions, one of which was a bank-fee, and it categorized it as a bills/mortgage paymen
same thing with another downloaded pos transaction for dinner, it called it a mortgage payment. The names arent even similar so I dont know whats up.
