Bad W-2 output

Steve

Print W-2 is giving incorrect information (under-reporting wages,
withholding, etc.) for three of six employees. The GL (wages), Payroll
Register, and PR Journal all match. Any thoughts

Hi Steve -

What sort of incorrect information? Wrong figures? If so, how far off is
it? Do you have any pre-tax deductions that you might have forgotten about
(which can affect the taxables wages shown on the W-2)?

PT Ver 7 ( yeah, but it still works - until now). W-2's are
underreporting Income by ($10,000, $5049, and $4000) and deductions by
the corresponding amounts. It is as if the W-2 print is not properly
accumulating the income for some of the employees. The P/R ledgers
report the proper yearly amounts. The underreporting does not (that I
have been able to find) match any monthly or quarterly period.
