Bank of America Active Statements

I have come across a rather annoying problem with BoA
Active statements and MS Money 2004. BoA lists the
payees like this:

11111111111 06/30
#1111111111 PURCHASE GROCERY STORE
SOMEWHERE, SOMESTATE

Now when use the active statement all I get in Money as
the payee is:

11111111111 06/30

Is there any way to make sure Money gets the ENTIRE payee
and not just the first line. There are quite a few
payees that instead of listing the payee name, there a
lot of numbers THEN I get the payee. Makes it difficult
to organize when I have to keep going back online to
review each transaction and find out who the payee really
is. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks

My suggestion is that you manually enter all your bank transactions into Money
the way you want to see them. Forget about using "automatic" download. I have
never downloaded transactions from my bank or credit card company in nine years
of using Money. It's not a big deal to do it manually if you have a normal
amount of personal transactions a month. JMHO. Steve

Please send an email to BofA customer support complaining about this.

They screwed it up about 3 or 4 months ago and you now have to manually
enter all the Payees. I've complained a couple times but until they get
enough complaints they won't fix it. It does the same thing with Quicken.

One of the download options will put all the information into the Memo field
of Money. So at least you can see who the Payee is in the memo and then
manually enter it in instead of having to go back online to do it.
