USA Behind on LLC taxes. How to avoid fees and get caught up?

I set up a LLC in DE a few years back. I never made any money or had any substantial expenses, I also haven't filed taxes (1065) for the last three years. Yikes! How should I handle this to avoid fees and get caught up with my responsibilities?
