Benefits to upgrading to Money Plus Sunset Deluxe from Money 2007 Deluxe?

Mike

Sorry if this is double posted--My first post disappeared....

I use Money 2007 Deluxe. It is completely updated. The installation disc I
have already contains the most recent version of Money 2007 (with all the
updates), so I do not have to worry about online updates becoming not
available. My copy does NOT require online activation. Also, I have an ISO
of the installation CD saved to my computer, so I don't have to every worry
about not being able to install it in the future. In other words, I can
install and uninstall Money 2007 Deluxe as many times as I want.

So my question is--should I upgrade to Money Plus Sunset, or should I just
continue using Money 2007 Deluxe? Would there be any benefits to updating
for someone in my shoes?

thanks,
mike.

Mike,
I'm in the same position as you. I would think we should wait
awhile to get a lot of input from people using the sunset version and
how it works. I've been very happy with my Money 2007 premium along
with my hard disk that I've been using since the fall of 2006. I
imagine that by this fall we should have received enough responses
here to decide if there is ANY advantage to go thru the process. I
certainly would want a hard disk as back-up no matter what I do.

I've used it for a week now, and I'd say it's absolutely identical to
the most recet version of Money, just without the activation and
online facilities.

So if you're deciding whether or not to upgrade, just ask yourself
"why did I stay on Money 2007 and not upgrade to Money Plus". It's the
same question, since this is effectively the same product.

As for needing support (see other thread) - does anyone actually
contact support for any Microsoft product? The best support method is
google!
