Bond - Stay or Pull Out?

Hello,

I purchased a Standard Life Bond on 2000. I have been very
disappointed with its performance - its cash value today is only about
15% more than it was seven years ago.

I really am a financial ignoramus, would I be best advised to pull out
now or wait further?

What were/are your aims and timespan ?
