Bonuses and NOL's

What's your opinion on giving out a bonus that would in turn cause a c-corporation to post a loss for the year?

There is also plenty of income in previous 2 years to also take advantage of the NOL.

IRS rule says that a salary/compensation has to be reasonable. In your opinion is 150K + 450K bonus for the year reasonable for a president and vice president?
