Bookkeeping, accounting and bill payment

I'm looking to completely integrate and outsource my bookkeeping, accounting
and bill payment. I'd like one person (or firm) to provide the functionality
of accountant, tax preparer, bookkeeper and paymybills.com all in one.

Here are my needs:

- Bill payment. Vendors will mail bills to your address. Accountant pays the
bills and updates books accordingly.

- Deposits. Our clients will mail checks to your address. You deposit them
and update books accordingly.

- Bookkeeping. Preferably, using something like online Quick Books so that I
can peruse the books at any time and generate financial statements through
quickbooks online.

- Taxes

- Other finance related help. Insurance? Investments?

Is this level of service common? Can anyone recommend someone in southern
california.

Thanks

I think you can find someone to do this (for a price) but It may not be a
good idea to have one person doing all of these functions. Make sure you
still have some checks and balances such as another person doing the bank
reconciliation or posting payments. You can't outsource all your headaches
!
