Does anyone use BTC software, is it any good? Thinking of switching from Sage mostly due to price but also due to customer service.

I have no prior experience with BTC software. I use sage 50 hosting. Sage is designed in such a way that it’s a quite handy for non-CPAs and CPAs alike. I don't know why do you want to switch from Sage to BTC. Sage is reliable, cheap and #1 accounting software, also I always have a great customer service experience from my hosting provider. Love these guys for their excellent support! They answer all of my questions, offer advice, expert guidance for my business.
