Hi I really hope somebody can help me as i am not getting my head around this .
So if your a scaffolder with your own company ?
you don't hire the equipment and you own your own equipment , can you put materials on
your invoices ? secondly how does this appear on the end of year ? i mean how does claiming
materials effect your assets or liabilities on your end of year accounts ?
does this mean they are undervalued ? does it mean that the materials figures are listed as disposals ?
i can't find anything on internet. how does his client putting materials give the company who employed
his services any benefit ? how does this affect his tax return ? is there a percentage less tax he will pay
if he is claiming that materials where used on the cis invoices ?
lastly please clarify is this is correct . Scaffolders should not be claiming materials as they own their
tube and it is not hired ? is this legal please .
