Hi,
I import goods from India, and have always received an C79 to claim back my import tax
Since February this year, we have not received any c79 certificates, so therefore have not posted on sage the invoices from ups in relation to the imports as i was told without this certificate we are unable to claim the VAT back. I am not sure why we are not getting them now? is someone aware of any changes re this? I have been onto our shipper UPS and they are unhelpful. I have quite a few invoices backed up now. Any help on what we can do regarding this would be great?
