Can I import a journal entry similar to Yardi's csv import? Or G.

Jim

In other G/L programs I can typically import a JE from a csv file or from
some other type of file. Do I have that option in Microsoft's Small Business
Accounting? I noticed that it is a MS SQL based database program so I would
think it would be open to importing of JE's. I know you can import company
information and such, but have not been able to figure out how to import je's.

Thank you --

Jim,

We have developed a General Ledger Import Utility that will allow you to
import your historical or on-going general ledger transactions including
JE's into SBA from an Excel spreadsheet.

Take a look at our products: www.dpdynamics.com

If you have any specific questions, we would be glad to help, please contact
us through our support page.

Hope this helps,
Joanna

Thank you Joanna -- that is absolutely crazy though that Microsoft didn't
come out with their own solution built into the product. It seems with it
being a SQL based product that importing transactions would be a very easy
thing for them to have offered.

Thanks Again --

Jim
